Q: Are these durable enough for snowboarding? A: Absolutely. Every design is printed using high-grade Matte Black PLA and rigorously tested in the real world. From carving groomers to riding deep Japan powder, these are built to stay secure. But these are safe enough to come off in an tree branch impact.
Q: Why is there a slight texture on the base of the accessories? A: Every piece is precision 3D printed in our Tokyo studio. Because we use FDM technology, you may notice small, subtle "layer lines" the unique fingerprint of a custom made product. The bottom surface (the part that touches your helmet) is intentionally printed with a slight texture. This is optimized to create a better bond with the adhesive tape. Once installed, it is completely invisible.
Q: What exactly is included in the box? A: Every order comes ready to apply. You will receive:
1x Pair of your chosen accessory (Cat Ears, Bear Ears, or Devil Horns).
Pre-Applied Adhesive: Industrial-strength and ready to peel and stick.
1x Extra Pair of Tape: A backup set just in case you upgrade your helmet or want to change your look!

Q: Will they fall off at high speeds?A: Not if applied correctly! We use industrial grade tape the gold standard for water resistant, high strength bonds for plastics, meteals and wood surfaces. As long as you apply them to a clean, dry helmet, room temperature environment and apply pressure for 30sec and let the adhesive cure before hitting the mountain.
Q: What happens if I clip a tree branch? A: While the 3M tape easily handles high speeds and harsh weather, a hard direct impact is intended to snap the plastic or shear the adhesive rather than pull your helmet.Disclaimer: Modifying your helmet is done at your own risk. Ride safe!
Q: Can I remove them later? Will it ruin my helmet?A: Yes, they can be removed safely! Because we use industrial-grade 3M adhesive, they are designed to stay locked on during your ride, but they are not permanent.
When you are ready to take them off, gently heat the base of the accessory with a hairdryer to soften the adhesive, then slowly twist and pull. Do not pry them off while cold. Any leftover sticky residue can usually be rolled off with your thumb or gently wiped away with a mild adhesive remover.
Disclaimer: While our adhesive is safe for most standard hard shell helmets, please use caution on helmets with matte finishes, custom paint, or existing scratches, as removing strong adhesives can occasionally lift compromised clear coats. Always test any cleaning solvents on a small, hidden area of your helmet first. We are not responsible for damage to helmet finishes during the removal process.
Q: Will these fit helmets with unique shapes or ridges?A: Our product is designed to sit flush on standard, smooth adult helmets. However, not all helmets are the same. If your specific helmet has a unique curve that leaves a large gap, there is an easy workaround. You can use the extra tape included in your box and stack a small piece of extra tape where the gap occurs. You can custom mold the fit to your exact helmet!

Q: What is your return or exchange policy? A: As a solo creator, I personally print, inspect, and hand pack every single order. To keep this one man studio running smoothly, I am unable to process returns, and all sales are final.
